Watch: How to create a BATTERY Kit with ‘Percussion Encyclopedia’

Create great hip hop BATTERY kits using percussion libraries from Sounds.com.

Creating custom drum kits and libraries not only helps you with further establishing your own signature sound, but also is a great way to keep your workflow in the studio and can be a real timesaver.

In this video you can see how to integrate samples from Sounds.com into your production workflow by creating a BATTERY template. After deciding on your favorite drum sounds from ‘Percussion Encyclopedia‘ you can go on and create multiple cells to build up drum groups. Routing four sounds to the same key group enables you to trigger these sounds at once by only pressing one button.

Last step is to save it in your ‘Kits’ folder. There it is, your own BATTERY kit with booming drums from Sounds.com’s ‘Percussion Encyclopedia’.
