Throw your cap into the ring for a beat battle celebrating Native Sessions Bars: Explorations of hip hop, grime, and R&B. Create a 16-bar beat using a handpicked sample pack stemming from Expansions, for a chance to win the latest MASCHINE, select Expansions, a $100 USD NI Voucher, a one-year LANDR Pro subscription, and a commercial release on MetaPop.
The rules are simple: Create a 16-bar beat in the style of hip hop, R&B, or grime using at least two of the Expansions samples and submit it by May 20th, 2018. To get things started, we’ve compiled a custom sample pack from some of our favorite Expansions – including SIERRA GROVE, BYTE RIOT, STREET SWARM, QUEENSBRIDGE STORY, and more. Feel free to use your own sounds, provided you own the copyright.
The Native Instruments team will pick the winning beat, with extra points awarded for both originality and technical skill. Click here to enter.
